To kick off my fundraising efforts for the Kilimanjaro 2011 Expedition benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, I will be preparing and selling* home-made pancake mix (just in time for Mother’s day weekend).
The mix, which will keep up to six weeks (or longer if kept in your freezer!) will be stored in mason jars and include a recipe card with instructions to prepare the yummy pancakes.

1 x 500 ml jar (makes about 10 pancakes) --- $5
1 x 1 L jar (makes about 20 pancakes) --- $8

In the spirit of keeping things simple (this time around), this fundraiser is limited to people living in the greater Montreal area. Unless otherwise arranged, delivery will take place on Friday, May 7th between 7 and 9 p.m.

All additional donations are obviously welcome... Help me reach the summit for their wishes!

*Unless otherwise requested by the donor/contributor, the proceeds from this fundraiser will be split evenly between (1) the Make-A-Wish Foundation and (2) helping to cover the expenses associated with the project.
